Don’t have a big budget but want a stallion who’ll give you a chance at the Classics? Let us re-introduce you to STEPHEN GOT EVEN, the Grade 1-winning son of A.P. INDY.

A proven commodity by one of the great sire of sires of our time, STEPHEN GOT EVEN has been represented by three champions, including the champion juvenile colt and G1 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile winner Stevie Wonderboy, as well as the Japanese standout Cosmo Phantom, an earner of over $2.6 million.

But it’s STEPHEN GOT EVEN’s record with 3yos that really stands out. His sons include the dual Classic-placed First Dude, who went on to become a top older horse when defeating Game On Dude in the G1 Hollywood Gold Cup.

Another son, I Want Revenge, won the G1 Wood Memorial S. in dramatic fashion as a sophomore,  following a win in the G3 Gotham S.

Don’t Get Mad, meanwhile, won or placed in five stakes at three, including wins in the G2 Indiana Derby and Derby Trial S. (he would run a fast-closing fourth in the Kentucky Derby that year).

Further graded-winning 3yos by STEPHEN GOT EVEN include the G3 Lazaro Barrera Memorial S. hero Time to Get Even and the G3 Perryville S. winner Steve’s Double.

It hasn’t been just about STEPHEN GOT EVEN’s 3yo colts, though. His 3yo fillies have also shone. Sweet Vendetta won the G2 Black-Eyed Susan and For All We Know took the G2 Lexus Raven Run S. as sophomores, for instance.
