Lane’s End Texas is our 300 acre Thoroughbred facility located near Hempstead, Texas, about an hour’s drive from Houston. We stand five stallions, including VALID EXPECTATIONS, perennially the leading sire in Texas and TOO MUCH BLING, the leading freshman sire in Texas for 2010 and currently third on the General List in 2011. We also operate a boarding and sales facility. Lane’s End Texas has been ranked the leading stud farm in Texas, among the leading sales consignors and as a leading consignor of stakes horses.
Our farm manager there is Danny Shifflett who is a life member of the Texas Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association and serves on their Board of Directors.
