Information on Stallion Service Certificates and Foal Registration

The stallion booking office coordinates the distribution of official Stallion Service Certificates that are required by The Jockey Club in order to register a Thoroughbred foal. The Jockey Club has made it possible for stallion farms to release Stallion Service Certificates electronically to the registration department, so foal owners will not be required to submit a Stallion Service Certificate when registering a foal if it has been released on-line.
