AFTER MARKET had a $275,000 colt sell yesterday at the OBS 2YO sale in Florida. As the TDN reported today, “Robert and Mary Harris’s Harris Training Center purchased the colt out of the tough New York-bred mare Travelator (A.P. Jet) at Keeneland September, and resold him during April’s final session to Emmanual de Seroux’s Narvick International. De Seroux and a Japanese associate did their bidding from the back row of the sales pavilion. ‘He was a pretty horse and we liked him as a yearling,’ said Robert Harris. ‘At the breeze show, he went really good [in a co-bullet :9 4/5] and galloped out great, and he withstood all the rigors of people looking at him and all that. He’s just a fast horse. I had an AFTER MARKET the year before that I really liked, so I was kind of looking for one.’ ”
